• HIGH SEASON: from 01-01-2010 to 02-01-2010
                               from 26-06-2010 to 28-08-2010
                               from 18-12-2010 to 31-12-2010


• MID SEASON: from 01-05-2010 to 26-06-2010
                               from 28-08-2010 to 25-09-2010


• LOW SEASON: from 02-01-2010 to 01-05-2010
                               from 25-09-2010 to 18-12-2010

WEEKLY rental only from SATURDAY (4 p.m.) to SATURDAY (10 a.m.)

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- electricity, kitchen gas, water
- free high speed internet connection
- complete cleaning of the Villa before arrival
- bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change on Saturday
- 1 crib on request
- pool and garden maintenance

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- gas  for heater (1 euro/litre)
- breakage deposit (500 euro) In case of damage at the house or its furniture, the corresponding amount will be deducted, otherwise the deposit will be returned to the customer at his/her departure.
- Typical tuscan dinner at the Villa (to be paid to the cook 10 or 12 euro/hour + the cost of the ingredients) -on request-
- maid service ( 10 euro / hour) -on request-

BOOKING CONDITION:

Availability: Availability should be verified by sending an e-mail to the owner

Reservation: If the Villa is available on the requested dates and the renter want to                       proceed with booking,  the renter have an option on these dates and 4                       days time to confirm his/ her booking by making the payment of 25%                       of the rental price

Rental contract: After the payment the owner will send a rental contract to the renter

Balance due: The payment of the balance due can be made on arrival in cash or by a                        money transfer
                       30 days before arrival
