In our VILLA IN TUSCANY you can find:

Swimming pool (5x12) (depth 120-150) opening time 31.05 – 30.09
9 beds + 4 additional place on sofa beds (the Villa is up to 13 people)
1 toilet
2 toilets with shower
1 bathroom
1 crib on request (please let us know in advance)
1 washing machine
1 dishwasher
2 TVs (one with DVD player, one with SATELLITE)
BBQ
Wood oven for pizzas
Parking place inside the property

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

-Bed, bath and kitchen linens (weekly change)
- wi-fi connection  (you must provide your own computer)
-Pet allowed with no extra fee

EXTRA:
-Gas oil heating (to be paid to the owner 1 euro/litre)
-Mid-weekly exchange of toilet linen (4 euro per man)
-Maid service (on request 10 euro/hour)
-Tuscan dinner prepared in the Villa (to be paid to the cook 20 euro/hour + the cost of ingredients)
